Kickboxing Aerobics: A workout that combines aerobics, cardiovascular and body toning while learning self defense tactics.
This class is for adults only. You can choose: AM and PM classes. Regular workout clothes. No belt or uniform required. No physical
contact. No experience necessary. One hour classes. |

Little Dragons: Little dragons is a class for children between the ages of 3 and 5. It is an introduction to the martial
art of Tae Kwon Do. The children will learn discipline and the first commands of this martial art. The first kicks, punches and basic
grappling techniques are introduced in this class. It is a class where children learn, have fun and parents enjoy watching. Uniform
required. 30 minutes class. |

Kids TKD: Tae Kwon Do is the way or method of blocking, kicking and punching without weapons. One hour class starting
with a short warm-up follow up by stretching and curriculum techniques programmed for the day. For children 6 years and over. Uniform
required. No experience necessary. |

Muay Thai: You will learn and train to strike the body by using your fists, elbows, shins and knees. You will learn
techniques that will give you self-confidence, because you will achieve the power of Thai Boxing safely while having a lot of fun.
15 years and over. Uniform required. No experience necessary. One hour classes. |

Submission Wrestling: The art of Submission Wrestling can be fun and entertaining, but above all it's very effective when
defending yourself. The reason is that the techniques were created for smaller persons to be able to over power and defeat a much
larger person. The Submission Wrestling classes are designed for boys and girls from ages 5 through 15. It's an introduction of the
art of Wrestling, Brazilian Ju-Jitsu, Greco Roman Wrestling. Uniform required. No experience necessary. One hour classes. |

Master Club: This class is for Black Belts and High Brown Belts only. In order to participate in this class all students
must be previously recommended by the Master or Head Instructor. Only for students in the Tae Kwon Do program that want to achieve and
develop advance skills in other areas like grappling, boxing, martial arts weapons, mixed martial arts and advanced Tae Kwon Do
techniques. No extra charge. One hour class. |

Ju Jitsu: You will learn how to defend yourself against all types of assaults. This classical martial art teaches blocks,
kicks, strikes, chokes, throws, joint locking and nerve techniques. Usually you will train with a partner in order to learn how to
turn your opponent's strength to your advantage. We constantly develop our training methods in order to bring you the most up to
date information and the best techniques. Uniform required. No experience necessary. One hour classes. |

Vale-Tudo: Combining techniques of Judo, Jiu-Jitsu, Shooto, Greco-Roman Wrestling, freestyle wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu,
Dumog and other grappling arts, combined with skills from Thai boxing, Western boxing and Savate. |
